Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to consultancy services provided by PTRN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (CR 144213-1, Kingdom of Bahrain). PTRN sells professional services only — no physical goods — so product returns and exchanges do not arise. Each engagement letter may set out specific cancellation terms; where it does, the engagement letter prevails.

2. Cancellation

• Before work begins: an engagement may be cancelled by written notice at no cost, and any fees already paid for it are refunded in full.
• After work has begun: either party may end the engagement by written notice as set out in the engagement letter. Fees for work performed up to the effective date of cancellation remain due; any prepaid fees for work not yet performed are refunded pro-rata.

3. Refunds

• Where a refund is due, it is made only through the original mode of payment — a card payment is refunded to the same card, a bank transfer to the originating account.
• Refunds are initiated within 14 business days of the refund being agreed. Card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on the card issuer's own processing times.
• There are no cancellation charges beyond fees due for work already performed, unless the engagement letter states otherwise.
• Confirmation of any refund is sent by email.

4. Exchange

Not applicable — consultancy services cannot be exchanged. Where a client's needs change, the scope of an engagement can be varied by written agreement instead.
